In addition, StudyTools reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent unauthorized use.

If arbitration is found to be unenforceable for any reason, you agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within New Jersey, USA.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
